This restaurant-pizzeria with a family atmosphere is found in the Vesignano district of Rivarolo Canavese. It is a location with a small outdoor dining area across from a nice little garden with playsets for children. You can come here to taste both simple dishes from the kitchen or pizza, made here in the Neapolitan style and in the pan style. In the two indoor dining areas, which can seat about thirty, an agile service brings the culinary proposals to the tables. We would like to give a special mention to the Torinese variation of the Neapolitan style pizza. With its soft and bubbly crust, the ‘padellino’ pan pizza uses the same ingredients as the traditional pizza, with the added merit of better exalting the nuances in flavor. This is particularly true for the Trentina with speck and gorgonzola, and the Vesignano, a margherita with fontina and porcini mushrooms. Every region of Italy has its own pizza. Pizzas can be paired with wines from the wine list or the house wine or with one of the notable beers that are available here.
