Libery Pizza & Artigianal Beer is located in the Crocetta area, just a few steps from the Re Umberto metro stop. The establishment, which has a lovely outdoor dining area, used the COVID-19 lockdown to give itself a makeover. The furnishings are now more modern and less rustic, with grey and white which dominate the walls. There are vertical rope accents, designer lighting, and loveseats. There is an able service in the two dining areas, but not without fault. They serve a few simple proposals from typical Italian cuisine and Fabrio Marzo’s pizzas, which are baked in a wood-fired oven. The disk of dough with a crust that is not too pronounced, holds first-quality raw materials (the suppliers are listed on the menu). They are valorized both by the focaccias and the long list of pizzas. The Claudia with tomato, eggplant, oregano, peperoncino, datterini tomatoes and parmesan stands out. The Baladin di Piozzo (CN) artisan beers, a nice wine list, and homemade desserts that feature an excellent tiramisù complete the offer.
