This establishment is not only for pizza. In fact, it is a destination which stands out for its attentive and creative cuisine. Although the art of baking uses precision, care and fantasy, here the entire experience is completed by the atmosphere of the Orta Lake, which is a few steps away. The offers which emerge from the wood-fired oven follow different standards, ranging between tradition and creativity. A wide variety of good ingredients is used, including rarities from the local territory. An example is the salame della duja, which is preserved in fat. There is no shortage of boldness – the “white pizza” with three cheeses and honey – or apparent heresies which however turn out well: the pizza with Gorgonzola and cooked ham or the roll with salmon and Parmesan cheese. The pizza (note: served only in the evening) is soft, light with a medium crispy and digestible crust. As for gourmet pizza, there is an onslaught of options. The service is attentive, there is a good dessert menu and the well thought out wine cellar cements your conviction that this is a great place to visit.
