This is not just a pizzeria. It is the most recent addition to the Mani in Pasta mini-franchise, and it is no accident that it has been subtitled with the epithet “Le Meraviglie” (the wonders). In reality it is a bonafide amusement park nestled in the northern outskirts of Milan, inside a large space with a strong industrial style. There is a large bar for cocktails, corners designed specifically for social gatherings and a program which regularly proposes evenings with various live music events. They provide the background and frame to what is, in any case, the undisputed queen of the proposal: the pizza. It is digestible, interpreted in a style that leans towards gourmet, with the possibility of pairing it to a Champagne. The more creative ideas on the menu change from season to season, following the availability of the fresh ingredients. The more irreverent proposals are particularly inviting such as “Ti pesto il pistacchio“, or the “Fuori di zucca“, with ricotta, bacon and, obviously, zucchini flowers.
