Napples is situated on the busy Via Sant’Anselmo in the heart of San Salvario. It is a Neapolitan pizzeria with a friggitoria, created to pay homage to the American dream, particularly that of one of the owners’ great-grandfather, who opened one of the first Neapolitan-style pizzerias in New York in the 40s. Patrons can be seated in the outside dining area or in the large interior which is done in an urban chic and industrial style and divided into various spaces. Here you can try fried pizzas, tasty croquettes with fior di latte and parmesan, or the montanare, in ten different variations. We recommend the version with pancetta and provola and the classic version. The pizza here does not have a very prominent crust. There is a long menu of classic pizzas and personalized versions, all served in quick succession. It is the simplicity that stands out here: Cosacca, Ricotta e Ciccoli, A’ Patanegra with zucchini flowers and the homonymous lard. The pizzas can be paired with beer from the Karma craft brewery in Alvignano, or wines from Campania. There are homemade desserts to finish your meal.
