This pizzeria is located in San Martino in Colle on the outskirts of Perugia. The menu offers a truly vast selection that risks being a bit too scattered, while at the same time manages to allow for a specific selection. In addition to the numerous pizzas, there are also panuozzos or pizzottos (a cannolo formed pizza dough seasoned and topped from the inside out). The dough is light and is seasoned with tested ingredients as specified on the menu. On the first page of the menu, you’ll find a list of potential food allergies as well as a note that details the pizzeria’s philosophy. Finally, the baking method is listed, whether it be in the wood oven or (in the state-of-the-art) electric oven. The establishment is simple and unpretentious, with a rustic feel and a genuinely welcoming vibe.
