This establishment is located in the outskirts, but on one of the main arteries that access the city. It is in a district that was once full of industrial sites and is now a commercial area. The style of the interior dining area is like a vintage mechanic’s. It is a good way to interpret the urban context that would otherwise hardly be noteworthy. The service staff is courteous. The choice of pizza is vast, and the dough is in the Roman pinsa style. The result is a lovely fragrance that is well-matched to the choice of the raw materials used for the toppings. Among these are two DOP brands (Pecorino Romano and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana) and locally sourced products that include Umbrian salamis. In summer it is possible to dine outdoors. We recommend the tables in the back rather than the ones in front of the establishment.
