This establishment is near the border of Campania and Lazio. The pizzeria is on your right as you enter the town and the parking is convenient. The place includes two well-kept, large dining areas, courteous and professional service and an ample choice on the menu. The traditional fried food is definitely of good quality, and the “montanare,” are proposed in various versions. The beer selection is quite wide, unlike the selection of wines. The pizza style offered is contemporary (high crust and a very hydrated and easily-digestible dough). The “margherita” is undeniably good and melts in your mouth. Most of the menu is influenced by the current season, providing the best quality of ingredients. The pizza chef is skilled and uses the perfect combinations for his creations with top quality dough, a feature which is not easily found in Campania. We later learned that the pizza chef went to chef school, which explained the quality we experienced. In short, this is a pizza that is worth the trip.
