This establishment does not provide a takeaway service. Here the pizzas are eaten with your hands (as customary), and it is not possible to modify any of the pizzas from the menu, which are already great as they are. Pizzas are served in wedges and therefore you can take a short tasting itinerary, getting a different pizza type for every slice. This really pushes you to taste a little more than you normally would. In this case, however, it is advisable to rely on the waitstaff who will suggest the correct sequence. This is not a traditional pizzeria, even though it does use the sign and the vintage furniture from the previous establishment, showing off wood panelling in a Central European, trattoria style. There is a lot of room for experimentation and an international influence transpires: both in the flours and in the products used as well as in the drinks offered. This place is easily definable as a gastronomic laboratory. The staff is friendly and attentive. A wood oven is used. It is advisable to book in advance.
