Pizza 22cm opened almost 5 years ago and it is certainly one of the best examples of the Neapolitan pizza in Moscow (there is also a subsidiary in St. Petersburg). It is baked exclusively in a wood-fired oven and proudly prepared only with flour, yeast, salt and water. The long fermentation makes the pizza light, and easily digestible. This is a mandatory pit-stop for Neapolitan pizza lovers!
