This is Pasquale Pometto’s first restaurant, and it has reconfirmed itself yet again as one of the best pizzerias in the Milan area. There are only six pizzas on the menu. Few but specific (and excellent) ingredients are used from a clearly noted origin which top a wonderful dough with a natural leavening of at least 48 hours. It is a version of the Neapolitan type with a lower crust. The baking is executed with mastery, which is noted by the leopard-like spotted border, the fragrance and the softness of the dough. The freshness and the quality of the ingredients are perceived at every bite. The extreme digestibility is perceived immediately after the end of the meal: you leave satiated but not weighed down, and you sleep well. The atmosphere is like a trattoria, cordial and chatty, even if a bit too small and noisy. The service is attentive and courteous. We would like to underscore the offer of prosecco and something to munch on while you are waiting for your table to be called, and the amari offered at the end of the meal.
