This establishment has classic furnishings and is quite large. It is located in a sheltered portion of the outskirts of Foggia. The hospitality is always warm and the pizzas are prepared by the master pizza chef Massimo Marasco, originally from Foggia. He makes quality pizzas. Few ingredients are used and the pizza selection on the menu is not very large. Regardless, the Margherita is truly well-made thanks to the level of maturation of the dough, the excellent San Marzano tomatoes, and the very tasty mozzarella used. We recommend you try the Regina Margherita with buffalo-milk mozzarella produced in the Gargano Park, one of the best producers in Puglia. The service is fast and efficient. On the menu there is a limited selection of beers and pizzas.
