This is a warm and cosy establishment with an old-fashioned simple elegance. There is a small summer terrace which looks out over the valley where you can dine in the summer if you book in advance. The young and dynamic staff is attentive and caring, and behind the counter there are four pizza chefs to ensure moderate waiting times. The pizzas are thin and soft with the correct balance between the dough and the toppings which makes them light and tasty. There are almost a hundred proposals from which to choose, from the classics to the gourmet, with sought after ingredients such as the anchovies from Cantabrico, the red onion from Tropea, or the Mortadella cooked in natural rind. There is also the choice of wholemeal flour or gluten-free. On the menu there are not only pizzas but also some dishes from the kitchen, along with a good selection of maxi salads. The wine list is restricted, offering a selection of good quality local wines. There is only draught beer.
