Pizzeria La Pace
This historical pizzeria, which opened in 1968, is not far from Bassano del Grappa. It has a special feature: the customer can create their own “panaro” (the old, round wooden board used for polenta) with their preferred ingredients. Already from this, you can get a good idea of the type of environment. It is suitable for large groups- there are large dining areas – but it can also become an intimate place for a couple to spend an evening or for a few friends. The place is very cosy, and the staff is pleasant. They are ready to help the customer in the correct choice of pizza, skilfully guiding them through the long list of offers. The proposals on the menu are vast; apart from the maxi pizzas, there is also the classic types. There is always an option to choose your type of dough: wholemeal, multi-cereal, kamut based, or gluten-free. The experience is wonderful and it honors a long history of more than half a century.
