On the other hand, the names of the pizzas are typically from Sannio and they are a mixture of history and legend. The dough is extremely digestible. Apart from the classical pizzas, the extensive menu offers the possibility of tasting interesting combinations. Produce from the vegetable garden and the unique products of the Sannita pantry, including the cold cuts and the cheeses from Fortore and Matese, are used. Do not miss the fried goods; the montanare and the double version of the smoked provola in carrozza (with breadcrumbs and cornflour) are the highlights. On the wine list you will find the excellence of Sannita and Campania winemaking, ideal for the pizzas. There is also an interesting and varied selection of beers.
