This modern establishment, recently opened in Lanciano, offers a typical Neapolitan pizza. The pizza is tasty and light; this is true for both the dough and the sauce. The pizza respects the classic features of the Neapolitan-style pizza. The service could give added value to the already high-quality product if a more detailed description was given at the table. On the menu, there are the typical proposals of Neapolitan-style pizzas, from the fried pizza (we recommend you try ‘A Regina, a wonderful example of a non-greasy fried pizza) to the saltimbocca, to classic Neapolitan fried dishes. We appreciated the presentation on the menu that explains that only purely Italian raw materials are used.
