Located in a somewhat secluded street of the city, a stone’s throw from the Cumana station in Fuorigrotta, this pizzeria is designed exclusively for take-away. The pizza is obviously Neapolitan in style, a fact that is given away by the well-made, very aromatic and hydrated dough used. In addition to the classic round type, the wide choice of pizzas includes the richly-stuffed “saltimbocca,” pizza by the meter, fried food, the impossible-not-to-order “crocchè” (only farm-fresh potatoes are used), and the classic pasta “frittata” (pasta omelette). What is consistent for all the pizzas on offer is the attention paid to the dough, which is designed to remain warm and soft for an extended period of time. A couple of tables are set specifically for a quick consumption on the spot, if needed. The staff is courteous and friendly. The service is fast.
