In the small village of Tempio Pausania, Massimo Bosco became famous for his pan pizza in 2019. He has now purchased the adjacent venue and has decided to include round pizzas on his menu as well. In the summer it is possible to eat under the flowery portico in front of the establishment. The dough is soft and light, made with 100% Sardinian wheat flour and spelt. The menu is divided into three main categories, the classic pizzas, the Bosco pizzas and the speciality pizzas. We recommend you try the fried pizza with artisan porchetta from Ploaghe, smashed potatoes, myrtle salt and mustard. If you go during the summer we recommend you try the pizza with cherry tomatoes, zucchini flowers and anchovies. The service is friendly and the prices are average.
