This pizzeria has changed its name. It now has a more modern and feisty look, but maintains, the same strongpoint: its Naples style. As you can infer, therefore, the pizza is equally characteristic, well-hydrated, tasty, and evenly colorful. The menu is very clear even if articulate; there is space for the normal pizzas, the specials, and the pan pizzas. The desserts are so ambitious so as to warrant their own menu, strictly composed of a dessert repertoire from Campania. As far as the pizzas go, the classic crust is interpreted with such mastery to the point that, in the case of the pizza Sciò, it is stuffed with ricotta and ham. In the other varieties this zeal and dedication is equally tangible.
