A historic establishment which can be found on the State road which runs along the coast from Francavilla to the sea. It is run by a family from the Campania region which strongly features the Neapolitan tradition in its pizzas. There is a correct attention to the quality of the raw ingredients. They serve a classic pizza yes, but there is also the chance to choose something different. Their classic fried offerings (calzoncino fritto-fried pasties, frittata di maccheroni– a macaroni omelette, and San Paolo– a fried pizza with Pachino tomatoes and mozzarella) are excellent. Everything is seasoned with the staff’s friendliness and charm, in a setting in which the typical Neapolitan warmth does not go amiss. Worthy of note is the possibility to choose from a range of desserts from the renowned Sal De Riso bakery.
