This establishment has a strong tie to the surrounding territory, with a dough that pays homage to the Neapolitan tradition and tasty seasonal toppings. Pupillo Pura Pizza is the first pizzeria opened by Luca Mastracci in 2017. It is located in the center of the town, in the province of Latina. The environment is intimate and welcoming, with a wood oven in plain sight and well-spaced tables. The staff is courteous and quick. Luca is constantly working on improving the dough, the menu, and selecting the best artisans who produce quality ingredients in the Ciociaro and Pontine areas. The fried dishes are of excellent quality, including the ones not listed on the menu, like the supplì with cabbage and sausage. The frittatina di pasta is exquisite. The pizza melts in your mouth and has a pronounced and slightly crunchy crust. The pizza is served on very hot dishes. The dough is made with a blend of select flours. Don’t miss trying the pizza with Tuna and Tomatoes, topped with fior di latte, alalunga tuna, yellow datterino tomatoes, Torpedo di Fondi and basil.
