Da non perdere
Without doubt this is one of the pizzerias that contributed to the revival of pizza in Salerno, after a rather uneventful decade. A modern and functional environment, with two large dining areas and a spacious veranda. There are two ovens (one for gluten free) decorated in Vietri ceramics. The pizza is inspired by the Neapolitan tradition, with a thin base and a slightly high crust. The toppings come in many combinations and extreme care is given to the selection of raw materials that are typical of the region. This is all illustrated in a well-conceived and organized menu. Particular regard is given to locally crafted beers. The wine list is small but eclectic. The service is courteous and professional, in perfect synchronicity with the ovens.
