Da non perdere
An authentic Neapolitan atmosphere, complete with a head waiter from Pozzuoli, in the heart of Bologna’s Quadrilatero district. The restaurant extends over several floors, offering well-spaced tables and an elevator. However, the interior lacks the warm atmosphere one would expect. It shouldn’t be the “brand-name” experience, like the beers they have on offer, which seems to pervade the menu. That said, each table is named after an aspect of the Neapolitan culture, which of course has pizza as its main emblem. It is prepared with well-hydrated dough; the crust is thick, soft, fragrant and not too bubbly. Moreover, the pizzas are made with high-quality toppings, such as yellow Piennolo tomatoes, sweet and sour capers, San Marzano tomato sauce, and a drizzle of nice olive oil.
