In Salerno, just a stone’s throw from the Teatro Verdi and the Villa Comunale, is the pizzeria that Gennaro Coppeta has called Resilienza. The name is inspired by the philosophy of Carlin Petrini. He is constantly searching for small artisan products for his establishment, which he runs with his partner Luciana. He proposes organic, DOP and slow food products, as clearly indicated on the menu. The pizza, which is also available with whole wheat flour, is made up of a thin base and a high crust. The dining area is modern and designed with bright colors. The staff is young and friendly. They provide attentive and professional service. The beverage menu contains beers, mostly from local micro-breweries, and a good assortment of wines from the province of Salerno.
