The Perché is a cultural enclosure which is also worth seeing. In fact, it won a well-deserved prize at the Triennale di Milano in 2006 for its large vaulting. The establishment is surrounded by greenery and is located along the main Treviso – Mare road. The pizza was undoubtedly the establishment’s first objective, despite others (most importantly the restaurant), and it was obvious from the outset that it was a winning decision. The maestro Pierangelo Barontini inspired the chef Luca Boldrin to create an original dough. Naturally he uses top-quality raw ingredients and his leavenings are by the book. The result is a pizza which is both soft and crispy, and light and fragrant. In one word: good. Do not miss the samples of pizza slices at the table. The Perché is a design venue, which has the ability to make the customer feel at home with its simple art. This is thanks mainly to the unconventional and delicate works of art by Valentina D’Andorra. Passion, expertise and agility are also evident in the staff’s performance.
