This establishment is located a few steps from the Riviera delle Palme. As the brothers-in-law, Enzo and Biagio desire, everything here pays homage and references the beauty of Naples and Campania. This is illustrated in the flavors and in their typical dishes. The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven with a high crust as per tradition. They have a soft dough that is fragrant and leavened 12/36 hours. A careful selection of good genuine quality ingredients is done and these are used for the appetizers and pizza toppings. The most iconic products come from the Sorrento peninsula, like San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte from Agerola, mozzarella and buffalo-milk ricotta from Aversa. The pizza menu is encyclopedic: in addition to the classic pizzas you will also find more creative proposals (like seafood pizzas), fired and baked calzoni, focaccia and Neapolitan bread loaves. The establishment is a bit rustic, simple with a well-stocked beer list especially in terms of crafted beer. The wine labels include excellent wines from Campania, Marche and Abruzzo.
