The doughs come to life in two wood-fired ovens. The great lightness and a masterful preparation, toppings of the highest quality, and truly noteworthy dairy products from the Molisano territory, allow for the highest standard of workmanship on the pizzas (all in sight of the customer) and an excellent result. There are the classic options, regional variations and a series of “Neapolitan sfizi (delights)” that must not be missed. All of this is complemented by a selection of craft beers and very interesting wines. The interior is pleasant and well-furnished. The staff is extremely attentive and, last but not least, there is a substantial distance between the tables.
