The name Scrocchiarella derives from the crispiness of this Roman style pizza which has been delighting Moscow’s pizza lovers for four years. The pizzas are sold by the meter and by weight, baked in a stone oven and served on a typical wooden chopping board. The rapid service and the simplicity of this format has, from the outset, had great success in Moscow. There have been numerous new openings in recent years.
