Sodo is pizza philosophy. It begins with the ingredients: the flours and the dairy products are produced in the U.K., as are most of the raw materials that are used for the toppings. Not only are they mindful of the products used, here everything is geared towards sustainability. The beverages and the wines, for example, are organic. So, what remains of the Italian pizza? The round shape, even though it is crispier – more in the Roman style than in the Neapolitan, the names, and the way in which the pizzas are presented. The eco-friendly theme can also be seen in the surroundings, in the main establishment as in the other two locations which were opened subsequently. Excellent service.
