This establishment is pleasant and quiet. It is located a few kilometers from Mirano, not far from the streets of the Roman “Graticolato.” The organic stone-ground flours are one of the fundamental features of this pizzeria, which serves a very well-made and digestible pizza. The product is also enhanced by the Slow Food Presidia ingredients that are used. Their philosophy is quality first and organic raw materials second. Their delicious appetizers already give away the style of this place and its way of working the dough. The menu lists round pizzas, meter-long pizzas, and pan pizzas, all made with gluten-free dough. All of the customers’ needs are catered to. All the ingredients are of high quality, such as the buffalo-milk mozzarella from Campania, the Fiordilatte from Alberobello, and the Anchovies from Cantabrico, just to give an idea. The staff is friendly, very present but discreet.
