Da non perdere
Since 1984 the Pompetti family has run the Tropical Due restaurant/pizzeria at Roseto degli Abruzzi. In 2014 Francesco Pompetti entered the kitchen (a third generation Pompetti) after having completed an internship at the Uliassi restaurant, and began offering gourmet pizzas within his family business. The pizzas are created with a sourdough starter but also with the total absence of yeast, or produced by processing antique grains. Lightness, digestibility and refinement are the strong points of Tropical Due’s pizzas. A great deal of attention is also dedicated to the products used for the toppings. The final product is genuinely worthy of mention.
