On the slope of Monte Pellegrino, this beautiful restaurant offers large and elaborate open spaces where you can enjoy both the pleasant sea breeze and the view. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven. Only strictly Sicilian-sourced, organically grown grains are used. For each pizza selected you can choose a different type of flour: Biancolilla, Maiorca, Tumminia, and Carrubba. Great attention is put into the selection of the raw material used. Small local producers and excellent Sicilian Slow Food Presidia items are preferred. The project “the gardens of Villa Costanza” is very interesting, which for years have been supplying the kitchen with organic vegetables. In addition to the excellent pizzas, it is possible to opt for the restaurant menu which is equally well cared for. The service is professional and the smiles of the owners, Marco and Costanza, complete the experience.
