It is inside the National Park of the Vesuvius at the beginning of the path that goes to Cognoli and to the Valle dell’Inferno. The dough of the pizzas, made from a blend of flours created by the pizza chef is, thanks to the 48-hour leavening, light, digestible and fragrant. The pizza has a slightly pronounced crust and is lovely with a balanced color spectrum. For the choice of the toppings on the pizzas, the products from Vesuvian businesses are favored as well as local DOP and IGP products. The staff is numerous and the service is fast.
