On one hand, you will find a pizza that follows the Neapolitan tradition, on the other you will find an establishment furnished in an extremely contemporary style. It is a pleasant oxymoron that juxtaposes the richness of the Neapolitan flavors and the subtraction of elements typical of the minimalistic style. This is the contradiction you will find in the lively Milanese district of Isola. Vurria is a young pizzeria, with a particularly dynamic spirit. It tends towards research into artistry without ever completely overturning the Campania rules of pizza making. The flavors are therefore decisive and daring, and this does not apply only to the classic proposals. You need to try it to believe it. An example is the Bolognese with fior di latte from Agerola, pistachio mortadella, creamed salted ricotta with pepper, pistachio grains, fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil. Of course, first you should order a potato crocchè as your appetizer.
