Attentive and meticulous service, and pizzas of good quality made with excellent ingredients, although there are minor details to be refined in the dough and cooking. The environment, very well furnished, evokes the pastoral tradition of Abruzzo, which is also reflected in the menu with unique pizza options, such as the interesting supplì di pecora alla callara, a great reinterpretation of an iconic dish of transhumance. The wine list is very extensive compared to the standards of a pizzeria, as well as the selection of beers, but unfortunately, like in other pizzerias, the choice is limited to whole bottles without the option of by-the-glass or draft. In conclusion, a very interesting venue, although the acoustics may be a bit strained on busy days.
