Chef Christian Puglisi has managed to create a whole new style in the world of pizza. Taking inspiration from the Neapolitan pizza, he reworks it towards a Northern European style with a dough that is rich in sourdough and with a more intense taste that pushes towards bitter aromas also thanks to targeted combinations. Here, almost everything is organic and produced on the Fattoria delle idee, even salami and mozzarella are homemade. The weekend brunch formula, which offers a nice choice of cocktails as well as natural wines as an accompaniment to the pizza, is also a very successful idea.
