The name recalls Italy, in fact, the whole place is a tribute to pizza, Italy, and its culture. The restaurant is particularly refined and it shows off raw bricks that make the environment elegant and casual at the same time. The pizza disk is thin in the center and it has a bubbly and slightly crunchy crust. By choosing the classic marinara or margherita you will not go wrong, it is, however, also worth trying some of the more imaginative pizzas, which are listed on the seasonal menu; like the one with duck breast marinated in rosemary, pink pepper, zest orange, mozzarella, and dried tomatoes, to mention one. The service is more than efficient and the drink menu is well-structured, featuring an interesting section dedicated to natural wines. Prices are within the city average.
