Matteo and Salvatore Aloe began their journey in the province of Bologna with Berberè, following the emerging trend of Italian-style pizza, based on the philosophy of sourdough and semi-whole wheat flour. Their success led them to replicate their format and, subsequently, to open establishments outside of Italy, including in England, where there are two Berberè locations. They place a strong emphasis on organic and high-quality products, maintaining consistently high quality standards across all their venues. Their prices are in line with the local average, which is an added value, and they always prioritize customer satisfaction at the core of their project.
