In the 24 years since 1998 when the first store opened, Braz has set the bar for quality pizza made in Brazil. A traditional “paulista pizza”, that draws inspiration from the Neapolitan pizza. It is crispier, larger and cooked in a wood-fired oven. It is well-leavened and very digestible. The indirect dough is made with mother yeast and has a leavening time that varies from 48 to 72 hours. Most of the products used come from Italy and others from small Brazilian producers. The service is made up of the classic Brazilian cheerfulness that makes this artisan chain an absolute point of reference not only for Brazil but for all of South America. The prices are within average.
