The mood of this place tells the story of how a certain idea of America blends with pizza. Mark and Madeline Peters’ project unfolds in a red brick building divided into urban-style spaces that are spacious and functional.

The pizza, which maintains its artisanal quality, starts with a dough that leavens for a long time and is very light, then rolled out thin and topped with red or white toppings that draw inspiration from both Italian tradition and more American combinations that mix the sweetness of fruit with ham or bacon, or vegetables with meatballs. Colorful and crunchy, the pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven.
