This place serves the best pizzas in Bilbao and, as far as we are concerned, among the best in all of Spain; all in a refined setting with minimal design choices. These are the two elements that make it a very trendy place, although the service can be somewhat slow at times. There are two styles of pizza you can choose from, the round, contemporary Neapolitan-style and the Roman-style pan pizza. Both have a good digestibility and abundant toppings in common. The seasonal colors and aromas are dictated by the fresh vegetables and quality tomatoes used. This pizzeria has been a great success in the city, all thanks to the work of Mattia, Gioel, and Jader Demaio, from Italy. They have been carrying out this project with passion and competence for four years now.
