Finding such a light and crunchy mortadella pan pizza here in Helsinki is a very nice surprise; such flavors you can only find in the city of Rome. Luca Platania’s work on his pan pizza is very admirable and you can clearly taste the quality in the final product, especially when it comes to the dough. The classic Neapolitan-style round pizza, however, is also very convincing from the very first bite. All of this is done using high-quality ingredients accompanied by a courteous and professional service. A couple of first courses are also offered and they are prepared using seasonal ingredients. Just a few months after the grand opening, this place is already a local haunt in the gastronomic panorama of the city.
