Since its opening in 2015, Frumento has based its philosophy on a healthy processing of doughs and an incessant search for products and producers. At Frumento, you can stop by for an aperitif or choose from about 60 well-presented pizzas made from three types of dough (Sicilian with hard and whole grain Russello, Perciasacchi, and Neapolitan rolled with a cart wheel made from white flour with long leavening). The wine list is commendable, the Frumento brand oil is delicious, and the cocktail menu is interesting, with excellent service. In 2022, the second location was opened in Catania and in 2024 it landed in Modica in the province of Ragusa.
