This brand, starting from Sant Cugat just minutes from Barcelona in an old greenhouse transformed into a comfortable and social space, now boasts five locations. The atmosphere immediately puts you in a good mood and at ease while being surrounded by greenery. The pizza undergoes a long fermentation process of at least 72 hours, making it digestible, light, and very elastic, as it should be, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The products are excellent, from the flours to the toppings, all carefully selected. The beverage menu is of high quality, with a good selection of local beers and wines. Among the pizzas, the Garden and the Tonno tano are a must-try, as well as the Neapolitan calzone. Tiramisù and Cheesecake offer a delightful sweet ending. The service is fast and very friendly.
