This “temple of research” is dedicated to the evolution of taste for both the traditional and contemporary pizza. Francesco Martucci has transformed his thorough studies into his very recognizable signature pizza. He also took advantage of the lock down period to study and experiment further. The excellent ingredients, the flour mixtures, the different textures, and the alternation of different cooking methods have all made his pizza a unique product. His product’s improvement in quality has raised the bar for others and put him a step ahead of his colleagues. All of this together with the local raw materials that are used, takes you on a real journey of taste that is always varied. Several new Campania selections have been added to the beverage list. The desserts, made by his partner Lilia Colonna, are extraordinary. The table setting is simple but detailed. The service is impeccable and punctual even on busy days.
