A great passion for leavened products led chef Jacopo Chieppa to open this pizzeria in the ancient fishing village of Borgo Prino, in Imperia. The restaurant is simple yet welcoming. The menu offers a good selection of different options, mainly with two types of dough: a multigrain one for the round peasant pizza and the classic one for the Roman style pizza, also available in a crunchy version. The doughs come from experiments with high-quality flours and flour blends. In addition to traditional toppings, the chef offers creative pairings with excellent ingredients, resulting in particularly tasty and digestible dishes.
