This pizzeria is conveniently named after the street it is on; it is the result of the dream of three pizza makers who decided to leave Italy and move to Barcelona. The choice of décor, with plenty of wood, makes for a rustic environment, which is warm and welcoming. The serving staff is fast and attentive. Although pizza is the real reason to come to this place, it is also possible to enjoy some well-made courses of typical Italian cuisine. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, which gives it its typical fragrance, and the dough is leavened to perfection. The organic flours and the 72-hour leavening make the dough light and digestible. The appearance is that of the Neapolitan pizza, the crunchy crust is very pleasant to the bite. Among the pizzas, a must-try is the “trufaldina”, with mozzarella, Shiitake mushrooms, burrata, and truffle sauce. Prices remain a tad below the average of the area, which is appreciable given the quality of the raw materials used.
