This is a modern pizzeria in a welcoming venue furnished in an industrial style. The doughs are made with stone-ground flours and mother yeast. They are leavened for up to 72 hours. The final result is a fragrant, highly digestible pizza with a square form and a slightly pronounced crust. As for the toppings, they prefer to add cold cuts and other fresh ingredients after the pizza has been baked in order to better valorize the flavors. There is a selection of quality beers. The service is always punctual, courteous and attentive to the anti-covid measures in place.
