The story of this pizzeria is similar to that of many Neapolitan pizza makers, marked by modest earnings and big dreams, which often led them to work far from home. The progenitor of the Paduano family started in Naples in the late 1920s, passing down his art and passion to his son Salvatore, the first to have a significant history of emigration to the North. When he returned to his region, he opened a pizzeria in Nocera Inferiore, in the province of Salerno. From there, a story of success and recognition began. The restaurant changed its name to an American one, Madison, partly influenced by fashion and partly for good luck. The style is the classic Neapolitan one, offering excellent quality and professional service.
