The Mamma Pizza project is divided into three locations: Italian Osteria, Sea Osteria, and Family Trattoria; it is clear that it was designed and developed to offer an authentic Italian culinary experience in the city. The pizza menu is extensive and diverse – in the Sea Osteria, there is an interesting section with toppings focused on fish. The dough starts with a blend of selected flours, is light thanks to the long leavening, and the toppings draw inspiration from the great Neapolitan and Italian classics with a strong focus on typical regional recipes. A must-try is the Capricciosa, perhaps paired with a good glass selected from the labels offered in the well-curated wine list. A heightened sensitivity can be found in the Enoteca, a separate area dedicated to fine drinking.
